Intrinsys Takes Their Special Flavour of PLM to South Africa's Afrimold

June 4, 2013

Intrinsys Ltd are delighted to announce that they will exhibit at Afrimold in June this year.

The Afrimold manufacturing trade fair will be Intrinsys’s first attendance at a major show in South Africa and they are looking forward to taking the opportunity to exhibit their PLM offering wrapped up in their unique support and engineering services on stand G44.  As well as taking a stand Intrinsys plan to speak at the inclusive conference sharing an insight or two on the latest PLM solutions and specifically knowledge based engineering.

“We are very excited about our new South African operation and this opportunity to meet potential new customers,” says Darren Cairns Intrinsys’ Director, adding “we have heard good reports about Afrimold and it promises to be an excellent platform for us to show off Dassault Systèmes products and our unique services.  Our engineering pedigree and customer focus has enabled us to build strong links with OEM’s and supply chain businesses.  Afrimold will help us to encourage those links to grow”

Intrinsys’s stand will enable them to show PLM products and services based on Dassault Systèmes CATIA, SIMULIA (Abaqus), ENOVIA, DELMIA, and 3DVIA.

“Initial projects are well underway and I’m getting a very positive response and an increasingly busy diary,” says Gary Longshaw Intrinsys’ South Africa Business Development Manager. “Afrimold will be an excellent opportunity to meet new people and explain the value we can deliver to their business,” continues Gary.
Intrinsys offers the experience that they have developed while supporting their UK, European and Far East based customers.  With a dedicated training function Intrinsys plan to be a significant part of the growing engineering infrastructure in South Africa.

Afrimold, the 4th annual manufacturing trade fair and conference for the design, precision engineering & machining, tooling, tool making, production and application development sectors will take place from 4-6 June, at the NASREC Exhibition Centre in Johannesburg.
