Claytex Joins the UK Intelligent Engineering Forum (UKIEF)

Intrinsys, the Intelligent Engineering Company, is delighted to announce that Claytex has joined the UKIEF as a full partner and will be presenting and exhibiting their intelligent engineering solutions at the MTC on the 22nd June.

Claytex is a consultancy and provider of systems engineering tools. They focus on the use of Dymola, Modelica and related tools and processes.

Claytex are international distributors of Dassault Systèmes portfolio of Systems Engineering tools which include Dymola, Reqtify, ControlBuild, AUTOSAR Builder and CATIA Systems. Claytex supply and support these tools in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Claytex also develop a number of application libraries using Modelica, the modelling language used in Dymola. These application libraries cover many different domains including mechanics, fluids, electrical, thermal and control and allow the complete system model to be defined, analysed and optimised using one environment.

Within Formula 1, NASCAR and IndyCar their solutions are used to simulate all aspects of the car and allow the teams to tune the interactions between the vehicle systems. Claytex also deploy the models throughout the organisation to make sure that everyone has access to the simulation models they need. This means that the models are embedded into the trackside tools, telemetry systems and Driver-in-the-Loop simulators ensuring consistency in the results obtained and decision making processes.
