The Toolmaking Association of South Africa (TASA) was established in 2004 as a representative body for the South African Tool, Die and Mould (TDM) making industry. TASA is a national body with representation from all the South African provinces that have a significant interest in tool, die and mould making activities.
TASA was behind the creation of the National Tooling Initiative (NTI) a Public Private Partnership (PPP) charged with strengthening of the South African Tool, Die and Mould Making industry, a key element of which is the uplifting of skill levels.
Intrinsys has ambitions to work with and support TASA. Its knowledge of PLM, engineering pedigree and long history of training provision make a professional relationship a mutually beneficial arrangement.
TASA has the contacts and the in-depth appreciation of the needs of its members whilst Intrinsys has the skills that are needed and the experience of working in a training and educational setting that will accelerate learning and skill development.
