Intrinsys have formed strong links with academic institutions and proactive industry groups over the past years to aid the development of world class PLM systems and engineering capabilities across South Africa as part of their Educate, Empower and Deliver philosophy.
As a Dassault Systèmes partner in South Africa, Intrinsys have organised events targeted at both the academic fraternity and industry professionals at the PLM Competency Centre (PLMCC) in Cape Town. One of a small number of specialist PLM centres throughout the world, the PLMCC represents a long term collaboration between Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), Dassault Systèmes and the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research.
Taking the opportunity to meet with undergraduate, graduate and post graduate engineers as well as successful engineering businesses, Intrinsys delivers a direct link to the very latest engineering software being used by some of the most innovative and distinguished engineering companies in the world. As well as offering a consultative approach to matching needs with best in class working practices, Intrinsys work to help each business optimise its engineering software and grow the revenue supported by their PLM system.
Intrinsys are delighted to have the opportunity to work with the TASA (Tool-making Association of South Africa), forging strong relationships working with a number of key manufacturing industries. As a specialist provider of PLM to the Marine sector, Intrinsys have also developed strong links with MIASA (Marine Industry Association South Africa).
