3DVIA Composer R2014x

3DVIA Composer is technical communication software that lets you clearly explain products using existing 3D CAD data. New enhancements in 3DVIA Composer R2014x include:

  • Windows 8 support with Gestures - Let people Author and Play Composer experiences on WIn8 tablets. Take benefit from the Win8 tablets gesture ergonomy. The same experience can be played on both Desktop and tablet devices.
     
  • Viewport Zoom Factor Property - New property to control the camera height of the viewport navigator (main camera). This allows the user to work with the same scale, in different views. 
     
  • Polyline Enhancements - Add new properties to manage the border of the polyline back-line: color, width, opacity and type. Be homogenous with the front line border. Be WYSIWYG between interactive 3D and technical illustration.
     
  • FT&A Enhanced support - The 3DVIA Composer V6R2013x 3D Tool Library contains a collection of configurable. Offer a better support of FT&A conversion by providing:
    • Cross-highlight between FTA and Points, Lines, Curves
    • Cross-highlight between linked FTAs
       
  • Extremity Enhancement - Enhance the arrow extremity for Labels and Polylines. In case of a large attach width; there is no more undesired artifact.
     
  • 3DVIA Composer Player GUI customisation - For additional flexibility in creating custom shapes, the player now keeps its GUI layout after a Close/ReOpen. The user can now customise its player UI and keep it over time. An administrator could set up a specific layout for its users.
     
  • Spatial R23 support - Support of the latest format and versions available in the R23 release of Spatial. Support of Creo 2.
     
  • SolidWorks 2014 support - To provide an even more ideal user experience, 3DVIA Composer now Provide the  ability to open in SolidWorks Composer files coming from the latest SolidWorks release.
