Intrinsys to show the “Living Heart Project”

April 14, 2015

Intrinsys are pleased to be showing the “Living Heart Project” from Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA at the Engineering Simulation Show, 15-16th April.

SIMULIA Living Heart Project As the premier Dassault Systèmes reseller in the UK, Intrinsys are delighted to have the opportunity to share the breakthrough application of modelling and simulation represented by the Living Heart Project.

Exhibiting on Stand OR25 at the Derby Roundhouse on 15th and 16th April, Intrinsys will give delegates the opportunity to experience the Living Heart Project first-hand.

Dassault Systèmes drive future product development with their fully immersive 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Today the ability to design, analyse, simulate and develop can be carried out in a safe and cost effective lifelike 3D virtual environment well before the expense of prototype and manufacture. The experience gained within industries such as automotive and aerospace is now being applied to enhance innovation in areas such as cardiovascular health and treatments.

The Living Heart Project unites leading cardiovascular researchers, educators, medical device developers, regulatory agencies, and practicing cardiologists to develop and validate highly accurate personalised digital human heart models. You no longer have to look forward to the day when an individual person’s anatomy can be accurately modelled and simulated, with treatments applied and tested before application.

For a personal glimpse of this innovative application of PLM, visit us at the Engineering Simulation Show on stand OR25.
