Intrinsys is holding TRY CATIA for CAE workshops for attendees to experience CATIA V5 Analysis through real life use to understand its benefits.
CATIA V5 Analysis makes it possible to do analysis in the design environment, resulting in productivity gain and quality improvement of product design. The morning session covers the linear analysis functionalities in CATIA V5.
In reality, industrial products often experience large deformation and sometimes permanent deformation. Especially for plastics and rubber materials, nonlinearity is necessary to be taken into account in design. ATH (Thermal Analysing) and ANL (Nonlinear Analysis) are two products developed by using Abaqus technology but designated for design engineers. This will be the subject of the afternoon session.
Format of the workshop
The workshop is delivered in training format which includes presentations as well as hands on training at fully equipped workstations.
Who should attend?
The workshop is primarily for CATIA users who wish to learn more about CATIA Analysis capabilities; it is also suitable for designers who want to understand how to do FEA analysis using the CATIA environment.
